  5.      Note : This program requires that you have the VBRUN300.DLL
  6.      library installed in your windows\system directory.

  8.      This program may be installed by executing (under Windows) the
  9.      provided SETUP.EXE file.  Alternatively, copy all files into a
  10.      directory of your choice and run NETSCOUT.EXE to start the program.

  12.      This program is distributed as shareware. The program and all
  13.      accompanying documentation are copyrighted. You may use the
  14.      program for no charge for up to 10 days for evaluation purposes.
  15.      If you keep and use the program beyond that period you must pay
  16.      the registration fee.
